Senator Remi Tinubu, Wife of All Progressives Party (APC) leader and former Governor of Lagos State Senator Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was on Tuesday ordained Assistant Pastor.
Her ordination, amongst many others, took place at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), during the on-going 66th Annual Convention, km 46, Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
Her husband, the former Governor, was there to felicitate with his wife as she was being ordained by Pastor Adewole Hastrup, Assistant General Overseer of RCCG.
Senator Gbenga Ashafa also took to his twitter page to congratulate Remi Tinubu.
He wrote, “I congratulate your excellency, Distinguished Senator @oluremitinubu OON, on your ordination as pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. It is my prayer that Almighty God will continue to strengthen you as you serve the nation, humanity and in his Vineyard.”
